The Silent Wife

The Silent Wife by A.S.A. Harrison is a well written story about a disintegrating marriage. Alternate chapters describe events from the perspective of the husband and wife, neither of whom are sympathetic characters. The story proceeds along nicely to a curious ending and is highly recommended.

Sadly this was the author’s only novel, as she died, age 65, just before publication of the book.
