Today I took some rubbish pictures using a supposedly better lens. What did I do wrong? After some heavy raw photoshopping, drastically reducing the contrast and boosting the vibrance, this was the best I could do with a couple of them. The first picture is a crop from the background of an image, whilst the second picture is a crop from the foreground of a different image.
