After four grey days we had a lovely, mainly sunny, day that deserved a walk through Bushy Park and the purchase of some new boots. The old boots are 10 years old, have tramped through New Zealand as well as numerous walks in the UK, but they are fit for the bin, and with walks along the Itchen Way lined up, a new pair became urgent.
