From the train, on a day trip to the seaside (Bognor), I took this iPhone picture of Arundel, where we broke our journey for a brief visit. Arundel is a lovely, small town on a steep hill, though it’s difficult to take decent pictures that don’t include loads of parked cars.
The castle looks magnificent but we didn’t stay long enough to explore.
We had low expectations about our visit to Bognor, and it lived up to our expectations. This heavily Photoshopped iPhone image is the best I could enthuse about. 
From the really grotty pier we could see something on the horizon – can you see it? The blown up image below identifies it as a boat.
