Interestingly the comments in the entry for the Dorking Oxfam Bookshop confirm what I discovered today in a phone call to the shop – the bookshop is closed and is being integrated into the Oxfam shop further down the road. This doesn’t sound promising – I’ll pay a visit in due course.
Not all bookshops within National Trust properties make an appearance in the guide, though the wonderful Dapdune Wharf near Guildford (NT membership not required!) does.
