http://www.things-change.co.uk is available
http://www.things-change.com is for sale for £1,100!I also looked up thingschange.co.uk on a web site which tells me that my web site is ranked 4,510,002 in the UK and has an estimated worth of £280.10. I’m going to have to work on the web site a bit more if I’m going to die a millionaire…

Slide rule on The Wire!
I was amazed to see a slide rule being used in an episode of The Wire. My older brother went to a grammar school and I was envious that he had a slide rule. I went to a secondary modern school and had to do with log tables! I’m no longer jealous of him having had a slide rule.
However I am jealous that he had a mechanical calculator similar to one of these!

There was still snow in some parts of the woods. The Plough at Coldharbour is a nice country pub with decent food and a log fire.
