On my son’s trip from Berlin to the Baltic the cat had to be in the front seat, whilst here at home a hot-air balloon appeared first thing in the morning.
The cricketing family were out for a knockabout on a lovely evening despite a hint of rainbow and a few threatening clouds. But then came the deluge, forcing the family to abandon their equipment and to take shelter. When the sun reappeared, so did a double rainbow.
It was a noisy, violent end to 2020 out the back.
A Covid concert? No, just a photo-shoot.
Taken at 9pm, the stars / earth must have moved during the 30 second shutter speed!
I took this picture just before 9pm – it was very dark, but 15 seconds exposure, ISO 400, f/6.3 and manual focus, it’s amazing what a little camera can capture. Plus a little help from Photoshop!
